Expecting a child is one of the biggest life-changing events, not only in your life though, but in your body as well. As the days go by, you find your closet containing very few items that can still be worn. Pregnancy week by week makes the breasts get larger and the hips wider, so while you may not feel that big of a bump, your old tops may not fit. What makes pregnancy so great is this is the time to show off the womanly body you were given and you’ve got an excuse to go shopping and do it now.

There is no reason to hide your body under big baggy clothes that make you look overweight. You aren’t overweight, you’re pregnant! Don’t wear anymore of your husband or partner’s over sized pants either! You should look and feel sexy during the entire pregnancy. A lot has changed in style and fashion in just a few short decades. We have surpassed the days of the “mu-mu” and have entered the days when a pregnant woman can be just as fashionable as anyone else. You can make a bold statement in something comfortable that still shows you off in all the right places.

There are tons of T-shirts out there that can flatter your belly with cinching on the side while still making you look amazing. Trade the heels for some low stylish flats that won’t hurt your feet. And don’t forget about your hair and nails, either! Making yourself feel pampered throughout the process will make your pregnancy glow all the more prevalent. Every girl should have her own clothing style. But there are also several clothing pieces witch you cannot miss in your wardrobe, especially with the holiday season coming up. So to make it easy for you we selected some must haves, so it will be easier to pick your perfect party outfit.

LBD, all fashionistas know this abridgement, Little Black Dress. The greatest benefit of the little black dress is the fact you can wear it anywhere anytime. The LBD is suitable for parties but also for chic dinners , most LBD’s are often cheap and easily available. Fashion warehouses like Zara provide a constant supply.

Black Blazer, this one is the key in your wardrobe. You can match it with anything, also you can switch your look very easily using the right accessories. Although a blazer shouldn’t be ridiculously expensive it must fit you perfectly. You can choose different kinds of blazer, if you are very tall you should wear a long blazer. Are you more of a shortie then you should consider a normal black blazer.

The golden bikini, now I know it sounds awful but believe me you should have a golden bikini. They were hot last season and we expect them to come back this season. If you are afraid to wear such a risky piece, try to find another gold clothing piece. Just to be clear, you have got to have gold in your wardrobe.

Fashion trends tend to cycle through different groups and regional areas. In fact, what is considered stylish and in fashion out in the suburbs may vary greatly when compared to urban areas. because of this, a wide range of fashions are almost always in style, it just depends which group of people you happen to be around.

Known for being tuned in to fashion and having a heightened sense of style, the African American population has become increasingly sought out when it comes to understanding what is currently being considered in style. One of the newest fashion trends in urban areas is a move towards dressing up, compared to dressing down. Sleek clothing and well dressed fashion choices dot the cityscape in urban areas, with African Americans taking center stage.

Men in well fitting pants, pressed shirts, shined shoes and matching accessories pair well with women in form fitting dresses and high heels with sleek clutch purses and accessories matching the complete outfit. Even those dressing down have taken a more dressed up approach to fashion. Fitted jeans, suede shoes and collared polo shirts are popular among men, and women pair jeans with silk blouses and high heel boots for a casual yet pulled together look.

Parisian Fashion Week

Parisian Fashion Week was kicked off in style with a black and white color pallet. A pair of Asian designers started the fashion week off on Tuesday with a monochromatic color scheme for the Spring-Summer 2012 season. In previous seasons, color has been the stand-out feature among most of the designers. For the Spring-Summer 2012 collections, many designers decided to go with a more muted, monochromatic color scheme and instead focused on the design of the garment such as tailoring and cut-outs to enhance the garments.

South Korean Moon Young Hee chose simple shift dresses in black and white as a basis for the outfits and then added colorful touches such as Mondrian patterned material interlaced into the pants. Cream and white shirts were embellished with over-size ruffles for an understated but luxe look It was all about small spots of color that stood out among a demure background of black and white.

Harry Halim, and Indonesian-born, Singapore-trained desginer chose to do an all black shows from the clothing to the model’s shoes and lipstick. In keeping with his style from previous shows, many of his styles were cutouts showing skin, such as the upper back as well as having numerous designs that looked like the material had been frayed. Halim is known for his draping and how it fits the models and this show was no different in that respect. While the clothes were black and partially torn, they were still impeccably made and designed to show the figure of the woman.

Parisian Fashion Week is always at the forefront of fashion and many designers and ready to wear collections will use the Parisian black and white landscape as a jumping off points for their designs. For the Spring-Summer 2012 season, we can look to Parisian Fashion Week for inspiration in our own wardrobes regardless of whether you prefer high fashion or haute couture.
